John Davey
John Davey is one of the legends of the London restaurant scene and has a reputation second to none for hospitality. He has over 35 years’ experience in some of the finest restaurants in Europe including Mosimann’s Private Members club, Guy Savoy in Paris (3 Michelin stars), The Lanesborough Hotel (5*), Ceconni’s and The Square (2 Michelin stars). John has an exceptional eye for detail and anticipating a guests needs.
John has been training floor staff for many years, and has also been an active judge in the Young Waiter of the Year competitions.
Training is often something that is left for the next day, but good training will give you knowledgeable staff, happy customers and more importantly increase turnover.
